Larensy dispatches website orders from its fulfilment network. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the estimate that applies to your destination and order.

Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed during launches, promotions or holiday periods may need additional preparation time. If a material delay is expected, Larensy will contact you using the email supplied with the order.
Delivery estimates are given in business days and begin from order confirmation. They are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring carrier communications.
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check safe places and with household members or neighbours, then contact the carrier and Larensy Client Care.
Duties, taxes and destination charges
Where Larensy states that duties and taxes are included, Larensy arranges and pays those charges as part of fulfilment. If a destination or order has different treatment, the applicable information is shown before payment. Larensy does not intentionally add undisclosed delivery charges after an order is placed.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that jewellery can lawfully be imported into their destination and for responding promptly to reasonable carrier or customs requests.
Delays, loss and damage
Weather, customs review, security checks, carrier disruption and incorrect address information can affect delivery. If an order has not arrived after its displayed delivery window, email info@larensy.com with the order number so Larensy can investigate.
Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and retain the product, packaging and shipping label while the claim is reviewed.
